Returns of Unopened Items

You may return unopened products within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in new condition and in their original packaging. Refunds are issued to your original payment method, excluding any discounts, shipping, or handling fees. We are unable to accept returns beyond the 30-day window.

How to Return Your Order

Prepare Your Return Pack items securely to prevent damage during transit. Items must be returned in unopened and new condition. Include return details and indicate whether you prefer a refund or exchange. Include a copy of your original receipt, with the returned items clearly highlighted.

Ship Using Your Preferred Carrier

Be sure to retain your tracking information. If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, include your shipping receipt for reimbursement consideration.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will initiate the refund to your original form of payment. We will notify you when your return is processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or if the wrong item was sent, please contact us immediately at info@lifebiotic.com. Include photos of the product and the packaging so we can address the issue promptly. Keep all original packaging in case it is needed for carrier inspection.
